BLK Incubator is currently developing four key initiatives: The BLK Perspective, Micro-Interviews, Office Hours, and a growing collection of Resources.

• The BLK Perspective: A Gen-Z led editorial platform sharing insights on higher education, career development, and civic engagement, with journalism and reporting from diverse campuses and locations.

• Community Insights:
  • Micro-Interviews: Brief, candid conversations engaging individuals from different communities to gauge public perspectives on a range of topics, including education, careers, and social issues. 
  • Office Hours: In-depth interviews with individuals from community organizations, higher education, and the professional world, offering diverse perspectives on navigating communal, academic, and professional systems.
• Resources: A curated collection of tools and information across four key areas: Career Development, Classes & Courses, Community Building, and AI Tools & Templates.
